IBS—Free at Last!

IBS—Free at Last! was Patsy Catsos' trailblazing book. First published in 2009, it introduced IBS sufferers and health care providers alike to the power of FODMAP elimination diets for managing IBS. The second edition was published in 2012, and ceased publication on December 11, 2016. It is still available on the secondary market (used book sales). A new and revised edition of the book will be published under a new title in the spring of 2017.
