Hi Patsy! I am wondering how Vitamin Water Zero products fit into this FODMAP diet plan?

The sweetener looks OK, but does the nutrition fact panel list any grams of fiber? I can't tell from the web site. Acacia hasn't been analyzed for FODMAPs, so if there is much of it in there as a fiber source, then I wouldn't recommend it on the elimination phase of the IBSFree diet.
