



Two cups turkey broth
2 tablespoons corn starch
4 tablespoons cold water
salt and pepper to taste
Use a gravy separator to prepare 2 cups of (mostly) fat-free turkey broth, and place in a medium saucepan. In a small measuring cup, combine 2 tablespoons of corn starch with 4 tablespoons of cold water. Whisk the cornstarch and water into the turkey broth. Stir the gravy over medium heat until it comes to a boil. Taste and season. Serve warm.
