4 cups mashed potatoes (6-8 potatoes)
2 cups lactose-free cottage cheese
1 cup sour cream
1 teaspoon onion powder
three cloves garlic, peeled and quartered
2-1/2 teaspoons salt
1/8 teaspoon white pepper
1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese
butter, melted
Combine first eight ingredients. Put in 9 x 13" casserole. Drizzle with melted butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-50 minutes. Don't eat garlic pieces. Serves 8.
I purchased your book and I love it. Unfortunately I lost it and ordered another one but I can't get it for a couple more days. Could you provide me with the meatball soup recipe? I tried the shrimp recipe and loved it. My stomach never felt better after a meal. So I would like to have the soup recipe to try. My sister also has IBS and she had the meal with me and has ordered the book. She has suffered from it for many years. I have only had it since January after a horrible case of food poisoning. I have tried to figure out what to eat without much success so we are both very excited about this book and website!!!!! I look forward to hearing from you!
