That is extremely helpful to have pictures and a list :)

Laurel Cooke Thompson

Thank you!

Bronwen Williams

How about Australia too...???

Sara Starling

Is anyone working on this in the UK?

IBS-Free at Last

Not sure about AU and UK. If you find them, let me know; I'd love to connect.

Sara Starling

Professor Whorwell at Wythenshawe Hospital in Manchester is one of the UK's top experts in IBS ~that's how I found out about it. Not sure if they're doing trials into FODMAPs, may be worth checking. They've had a great deal of success with hypnotherapy.

I agree with Bronwen. It would be absolutely wonderful if someone could do this for Australia too.

Lindsey P

Have you considered starting a board for FF vegetarian/vegan products??? That would be fantastic!

Patsy Catsos

Sure, I can start one right now. Would vegan be the most helpful, since so many vegetarians are lacto- ovo- and don't have as hard a time finding suitable products?
