Thanks for the tips! When I first started on the diet I lost weight b/c I was cutting out so many carbs. My stomach felt better, but I was on my way to being underweight for my frame....not good. However, once I found substitutes like potato or rice I deinitely started gaining instead, and more quickly than I'd like. Trying to find a happy medium now - glad to see I'm not alone in my struggle!
